So what kind of warranty do we really offer?

First of all, we offer a no harm, no foul, 30 day inspection warranty. This holds true for all the equipment we have to offer, both new and used. 

If you buy a rod at the Faded Fly, we will repair or return the rod for warranty work from our shop.  We look at it like this, buy here and repair here.  We take the hassle out of shipping, warranties and follow through.  If we have that particular model in stock, we simply send you out the door with a new rod.

Our warranty doesn’t stop there. We extend that warranty to all the equipment you purchase from us.  Reels, waders, boots, or whatever it may be.  We take full responsibility for your purchase from us.

We also complete in-house wader repair. So..... if your current waders are slightly out of warranty, bring them to us. Generally, we can fix just about any leaky waders (generally).

Summary of Aquaz USA Warranty Service Procedure

Protects the original user against defects in material and workmanship. - Warranty does not cover abused or misused products, or products used in commercial applications.

Aquaz USA will repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price in exchange for the product.

In no event shall Aquaz USA be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of the product.

3 Easy Steps for Obtaining Warranty Service:

Step 1. Call Aquaz USA at 800-501-6602 or file a Warranty Service Aquaz Warranty Request Form online to start a case.

Step 2. After an initial diagnosis over the phone, obtain a service case number.

Step 3. Send the product to Aquaz USA Service Center by prepaid shipping with the service case number, $20 check for return freight and a copy of the receipt.

Your product will be returned to you repaired or replaced or you will be contacted for a refund.

Aquaz USA Warranty

Aquaz USA stands behind the products we make and your satisfaction is important to us. We understand the importance of quality gear and you deserve products that perform. If you are not satisfied with any Aquaz product, you may return the product in accordance with Aquaz USA's warranty policy.

Our waders are covered by a three (3)-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Any claim against this warranty must include a dated proof of purchase and it applies only to the original (first) owner. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product only, and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, normal wear, fire, theft, loss, or intentional damage. Aquaz USA reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any Aquaz Product covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with the newer models when necessary. Colors may vary between original and replacement parts. In order to invoke this warranty, the original owner must send the entire Aquaz product, freight paid and insured to the Service Center address listed below. All waders must be washed and cleaned prior to sending the product back to Aquaz USA. To service your Aquaz product, you must fill out the Warranty Service Request Form. Thank you!


Beulah Fly Rods guarantees our fly rods against any defect in materials or workmanship and will replace or repair the rods at our discretion. Rods have an original owner lifetime guarantee  and must be registered with provided warranty card withing 30 days of purchase. Beulah Fly Rods reserves the right to repair or replace any rods covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models or parts with current models or parts when necessary. Beulah Fly Rods does not cover any type of damage resulting from neglect, normal wear and tear, the misuse of our products or lost parts.

For all return shipments within the U.S., the original owner will be responsible for a $50 fee for each repaired item to cover return shipping, insurance and processing. International customers will be charged additional international shipping and insurance costs, and will be responsible for all related customs and duty charges.

Rods that fail due to misuse, negligence, loss of part or normal wear-and-tear will be repaired or replaced at a reasonable cost.

Return Procedures

Please return entire rod and parts in original tube and package in cardboard box for safe shipping. All warranty returns should be addressed to;

Include a completed Warranty Repair Form along with  a $50 check or credit card information  for payment of shipping , insurance and handling. Rods received without proper contact information and payment will not be repaired or returned at our cost. If you are unable to open the Warranty Repair Form please just include a note with your name, contact information, shipping information, and $50 payment.


ECHO Lifetime Warranty and Service Policy 

    Rajeff Sports will repair or replace damaged rods for the lifetime of the original owner. To make a warranty claim, return the rod with $35.00 for shipping and handling along with a note indicating where to ship the replacement. 

    The rods can be sent t the Faded Fly, if you would like we will be glad to handle all the warranty work from here. That includes rod replacement.

The William Joseph warranty is as straight forward as it gets. We don't care if you bought it at a garage sale, whether or not you have a receipt, if you backed over it with your car, or your dog chewed it up. As long as it remains repairable we will fix it for free, no questions asked.

     If our product does not far exceed your expectations at every level, we will give you your money back. Let's face it, if you are annoyed it is for a reason and regardless of what that is, if we don't make it right we lose.

    We don't do this so you will never have to buy another product, (that would be dumb) quite frankly it is just the opposite. When you have absolute confidence that whatever you buy from us will bring you more pleasure than the cash you handed over, you will buy more and more Willy J, and then we all win.

    River Wear Warranty: Waders will be repaired or replaced at our discretion at no cost to you for the first year after purchase. After the first year, waders will be repaired at a reasonable price. If they cannot be repaired they will be replaced at the following rate( Drynamic: $80.00, V2: $50.00, WST: $100.00, RT Wader: $50.00). Additional shipping fees will be added.

    THE FINE PRINT: Hey there had to be some! A registration card must be submitted for clothing and waders with a copy of the sales receipt within 30 days of purchase. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser.
