Shipping Policies

Most products are available in stock on a rare occasion our inventory may be depleted or an item may be out of stock.  In either case we will notify you and give you the option to wait for the product or receive a full refund.

We ship items immediately once the order has been processed. All orders will be dispatched within 2 days. Usually we process an order within 24 hours. All weekend orders, will be batched on Monday. We make efforts to ensure that your order is shipped promptly! You will be automatically notified via E-mail when we approve and ship your order.
If billing and shipping address are different we will ask for further identification and email will be sent with instructions.
If your order does not arrive within 14 business days from the moment the order was sent, we will reship the order without any extra cost, as long as the address provided was correct.
We reserve the right to ship out the product based on their availability and will use our discretion to choose between our certified suppliers.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, neither are deliveries made on these days. In addition, extended shipping time in transit should be expected during the holiday season.
Our Shipping Methods & Average Delivery Times
Express with Online Tracking
1. Order will ship within 1 to 2 business days.
2. At 2-3 business days after your orders ship date your order can be tracked online at your local postal services web site.
3. Order will arrive within 5 to 10 days from the orders ship date (Most of the orders will be reach within 2-5 business days).
4. Tracking is very reliable and shows the orders progress to your location.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure that you input a valid shipping address in your order form. We strongly recommend you double check your order information before submitting the order. Any mistake may cause the non-delivery of the product (since the package can't be returned to sender) and will be at the expense of the customer. If after you have placed your order, you notice that the address was specified incorrectly, please contact us as within 6 hours to inform us by phone, email.
